AirRefund is a company established in Switzerland, with offices in Geneva, Paris, London and Barcelona.
Its purpose is to support passengers who have been denied boarding, suffered long delays or flight cancellations, in the process of claiming the compensation they are entitled to, under current legislation.
About the job
As the main point of contact for many customers (passengers) and airlines, the representative will be in charge of:
– Handling inbound emails, calls and chats from passengers and airlines
– Contacting passengers and airlines by email and phone
– Creating and managing passenger files from beginning to end
– Full time position
– Salary: to be defined
– Location: central office in Barcelona
Requisitos : – Native or fluent in French and English, German and Italian are a plus
– Dynamic and pro-active
– Customer oriented
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
